The Genesis
The roots of the group have humble origins as Government contractors, gradually evolving and eventually finding their calling in the developing enviable structures encompassing the entire spectrum viz residential, retail, commercial etc.
Over the years the group has grown exponentially and diversified into sectors like education and hospitality.
The group has tie-up with giants of the industry with joint ventures in Navi Mumbai. It has also ventured into redevelopment projects in jointly with blue-chip brands.

Mr. Mahesh Sadhwani, a BE (Civil Engineering) is a fount of ceaseless energy, consistently working on multiple projects, toying with new ventures as well as motivating those around him. His professionalism and dedication to honest trade are equally renowned. With a view of stirring up the stagnant real estate scene of Central India, he laid the foundation of the Nanik group. An organisation that would always uphold the humanitarian values above mere fiscal interests. His value based leadership by example has led to the Nanik group emerging as one of the preeminent brands in real estate in central India.
In addition to offering overall leadership his multifaceted competencies are visible in day to day functioning of the group. His encyclopedic knowledge of the real estate business is matched by his finance and marketing acumen for the benefit all Nanik Group companies.
His yearning to create a better world around him has seen him lead many social & Not-For-Profit endevours in the organizations like Jhulelal Group of Institutions as Chairman, Vice President of CREDAI Maharashtra, IPP CREDAI Nagpur Metro, Governing Council Member R.S.T. The Jhulelal Institute of Technology and the Jhulelal Institute of Architecture
The Jhulelal Institute of Technology and Jhulelal Institute of Architecture came into being in 2007-08 is the brainchild of Samruddhi Sarwajanik Charitable Trust. The Institue offers a Bachelors degree course in engineering, architecture and a Master's degree in business administration.
In the twelfth year of its inception, we have maintained our position amongst one of the top unaided engineering colleges of the region. We have achieved remarkable placements, with our students getting recruited in some of the reputed companies like Infosys, TCS, L&T, InfoTech, Mphasis, Zensar Technologies, HCL, Tech Mahindra, Persistent, Cognizant, lnfocepts, etc. The results of college have drastically improved and more than 215 JIT students also have university ranks to their credit. The students are trained through various training programs as a part of its industry-institute interaction.
Jhulelal Institute of Technology and Jhulelal Institute of Architecture are noble causes of providing quality technical education to the students in Central India. The institutes are situated amidst the scenic countryside, 12 km away from the zero mile, on Koradi road. The pleasant environment on the campus provides an ideal setting for academic pursuit, concentrated studies, and research. Being in the geographical centre of India, Nagpur has easy connectivity with other parts of the country by air, rail & road.
